Extended Day Program

          Fit Fun is our extended day program.  It is on a first come basis as we have space for only 60 students.  The program hours are from 3:45 pm after school to 6:00 pm.  A late bus is provided which drops students at Whiteman’s regular bus stops.  The program has a modest registration fee.  The program offers an after-school snack and supervised activities including physical education components, tutoring, and other centers in science, art, etc. as available.

Whiz Kids

          This is a tutoring program that meets on Monday nights from 6:00 – 8:00 pm.  For information on this program please contact Linda Weiss at Whiteman (303) 355-7333.

Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts

          There are neighborhood scout troops which Whiteman students may join, however they don’t always meet at the school.  Please contact the scouts directly if you are interested.

 Reading Rages

    This program matches middle school students with our elementary school students for reading.  The older student periodically calls the younger student and reads with them.

Additional Tutoring Programs

    Periodically Whiteman has additional tutoring programs for our students.  In the past these have included DPS Success and Lights On After School.
