New student registration begins the week of August 13^th.

 
If you are not certain that you reside in our attendance area, please use this link for the “Boundary Locator” and enter your address to determine your neighborhood school.

Age Requirements

            For Kindergarten  -  Child must be 5 years old before October 1, 2007

 In order to register your child, you will need the following necessary records:

• Birth Certificate or INI Card
• Immunization Record       (Link  to Immunization  requirements.)
• Proof of Residency (This may be a bill or license with your address on it).
  

School of Choice

Students not living in our attendance area may elect, through the School of Choice process, to come to Whiteman.  You make pick up this form in the office.  Please note that the School of Choice option closes September 30^th.  Students who choice into the school must provide their own transportation to school.  Transportation exceptions are available if the busses that normally come to Whiteman are not full.  Parents would need to file a bus request exception form in the office if they would like their student be picked up and dropped off at one of our regularly scheduled bus stops.

ECE Registration

Space is limited and is on a first come basis.  We have both a morning and an afternoon section in ECE.  In addition to the regular registration packet, there are three more forms you must complete for ECE student registration.  These forms are available in the office.  One of the forms requires a physician’s signature that he/she has given your student a physical exam for school.

Full Day Kindergarten Registration

Space is limited and is on a first come basis.  In addition to the regular registration packet, there are more forms you must complete for All-Day Kindergarten student registration.  These forms are available in the office.
